the check-in process was a disaster, having to repeatedly ask for my room after 3pm , only to be ignored, makes me wonder if they knew I was there. Plus, pigeons at the pool? really, I expected someone to clean that up immediately. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and comfortable bedding. Loved the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers! The staff was super warm and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a feast with lots to choose from, especially the Amritsari Kulcha by Chef Gurpreet. Just awesome!
